Letterpress and the Digital Age

Posted on by Stacey

We love The Wall Street Journal for continuing to champion the written word. Every couple of months I’m treated to a story in paper’s Personal Journal section that upholds the fine tradition of printed stationery.
Just when we thought social media had taken over communication, we are finding that followers have not abandoned letter writing after all. Card and letter writing is getting a boost from new designs that pay tribute to our mobile culture and even make fun of it. While it’s quick and easy to communicate by Facebook, Twitter and text, real connections are still being made on good old fashioned paper.
